In this discussion from a Sim's team BDS, Joe discusses the power and importance of making decisions.  Everything started with a conversation, it didn't seem that important at the time.  Once Karol wrote the check, we had to make it work.  Everything went from an idea and a conversation to a decision.  We must win or perish!  There is no turning back, we have burned the boats.  We will be the world leader in helping people help themselves.  It is happening every single day, right now.  Association cannot be mandated, culture cannot be mandated.  Culture is set by the community.  For Richard and I, our exit strategy is death!  We are 100% all in!
