Our leaders are here to create a fellowship, a group of people, loyal to each other, working together for a cause. Get yourself excited and figure out where you're going. Get a dream so big that it will make you come alive. What are you excite about? Tell them your story. When you tell your story, it will make them think of their own story. Be proud of who you are and where you came from.
