Ohio Regional - May 2024 - Saturday Afternoon Session: When I assess a company there are five key things I look at: the company, the products, the market for those products, the timing and the comp plan. The company begins with ownership, these guys have given us a way to reach our dreams. People stand up and cry about these products. Huge and growing market place for our products. You are sitting on a goldmine with the timing of this company. This global bonus will be life changing as the company grows. You've got to have a good attitude, walk around with a smile on your face because you are in the right place at the right time.
