It is such a fine line between failure and success.  It is such a fine line between massive success and a little success.  I don't believe you realize what you have in your amazing support team.  Without you there is not company.  Why cant this one be better than the rest?  If you share information daily, and do the follow ups correctly, in 90 days you will make more money than you believe is possible. Without functions you will go no place. Use other peoples belief till you get your own.  Be yourself, don't try to be something you are not.  Karol had lost her dream and a function got it back.  We fail when we refuse to do the very things that we already know to do.
