So, Rami, tell our listeners a little bit about the rooms that are available here at REIN to rent and what these rooms offer.

Yeah. So our rooms, I mean, at least in my opinion, and I think from talking to the people who have come in through rent, they, they do have a few things that, make them attractive rental options. You know, first of all, if one of our members rents a room here, the room is going to be clean, it's going to be spacious, it's going to be well-lit.

The rooms are already set up and ready to go. You don't have to move tables and chairs around to, you know, get them the way you want them. And then when you're done, put the tables and chairs back. They're set up. They're ready to go. The rooms are also plug and play. That means you bring your laptop in.

As long as it has an HDMI port, all you have to do is plug it in. The picture goes up to the screens and the sound comes out the sound system. It almost always works. Unless you have, don't have an HDMI port. And then we have to figure out some sort of adapter. We also have wireless internet for people who attend meetings so they can get on the internet if they need to.

If you're having a luncheon or an all day meeting and more catering, we have a list of approved caterers that we allow to bring food into the building. So you can you can offer catering for your rental event. Another thing, the restrooms. The restrooms are, easily accessed from the rental area. They are clean again, well-lit. So you have a nice restroom area for people attending your rental.

There's also an agent break area where our members who attend rentals can get coffee and water and such. One of the things that's really handy is we have plenty of parking, and it's right in front of our building. You don't have to search for parking. You don't have to pay for parking. You don't have to worry about getting a ticket for parking where you shouldn't.

It's right in front of our building, I guess. And finally, we have a variety of rooms that come in a variety of sizes. If you need a big meeting for 60 or 65 people, we have a room that will accommodate that. If you need 25 or 30, we have rooms for that. And our smallest room is about, holds about eight people.

So if you just have a small gathering you want to host, we have a nice little room for a nice little intimate gathering. So I would say those are the things that our rooms offer to members.

Yeah. And I love that you pointed out my two favorite things are really it's plug and play because I think that's so important. That is a big stress factor. When you're doing an event or a gathering, you want to make sure that you can just like get your computer set up. And so that's great. But for me personally too, I like that you pointed out the parking because parking, if you had to go to a parking garage or something like that, that can add extra time into the people that are attending.

They have to get there earlier. And for me, if the parking situation, if I have to parallel park, I'm leaving, that's is not happening.

Yeah, yeah, it is really nice. I mean, I've worked places where I've had to go to meetings, you know, in a city or whatever and park and then I'm not familiar with this place. So I'm like, am I parking in a legal place? Is someone going to tow me. It's easy. You pull in our parking lot.

You park, you're safe. You're good to go.

Yeah, it sounds like. Thank you for pointing out all of that because, yeah, it makes it really easy. And so it sounds like because of the various sizes and things that are available, that the a lot of various types of events and meetings could be held. What do you see rooms typically being used for when they're rented?

Well, you know, we rent to members and to, you know, we can rent to nonmembers. You don't have to be a member of REIN to rent a room here. But especially for our members, agencies that rent, you know, it's trainings and presentations. That's the main thing. They come in to train their staff or do some sort of presentation.

That's the main thing. And the rooms are great for that because as we've pointed out, you just plug your laptop in and you go, so everything's good. We have had some renters to have who have come in and done all staff type gatherings. You know, they're building isn't big enough for 40, 50, 60 people.

So they need a place to get all of their staff together. We have done a few of those where we've had up to 60 people from, one of our real estate offices. And so we have those. We have an agency that comes in and does employee onboarding once in a while. So they'll just bring in two, three, four people, and they rent the little room and they do their employee onboarding there.

It's nice and quiet and easy to do. And we also have an outside group that holds their quarterly. They do, a quarterly meeting and luncheon. And they hold it here usually a couple times a year at least, where they bring their people in and catering food and do that. So, you know, it's kind of a variety of things.

But the set up of the rooms themselves make them really, you know, really good for trainings and presentations.

Yeah, I agree, thanks for that. And what kind of price point would someone be looking at if they are interested in renting a room for an upcoming event or meeting?

Well, of course, pricing is, you know, dependent on the size of the room and which one you pick. I'll run through them real quick, but for people who are listening and are really interested, I'll point out where they can find this information on our website. So there's no need to scribble all this down. But most of our rooms have option for a full day or a half a day rental.

We do have two rooms that you can rent by the hour, should you so choose. The Gifford Room, which is our largest room and that will hold about 60 to 65 people. Just as an example, it's 275 for a half of day, or $400 for a full day rental. That Gifford room can be divided in pretty much half.

One side's a little larger than the other. Gifford, what we call Gifford B, will hold about 35 people. It's 175 for a half a day, or 300 for a full day. Gifford A, the smaller size of it is 125 or 200 for a full day. We have a room called Womble, which people have discovered and like a lot, that's our most popular room to rent.

It holds about 24, and it's also 125 for a half a day, or 200 for a full day. Now our boardroom is also for rent. If you have a more of a formal meeting you need to host with a nice big table for everyone. It does rent by the hour $75 an hour, and you can get about 14, maybe 16 people around the table.

And then our small room, which is the Media Enclave, and that seats about eight. You can get it for 25 an hour or $80 for a half a day, or 150 for a full day. But as I said, these prices are on our website and I'll tell people where to get there. And just so people know, half a day we do consider about four hours and a full day

is anything over that, you know, if you come in and you're here four hours and 15 minutes, we're not going to suddenly charge you a full day rental price. I mean, we're, you know, not that strict, but we try and keep half day to four hours or less and a full day to four hours or more. And I want to point out that people can't enter the building for rental before 8:30.

That's when our doors open for the day, and we like to try and get people to wrap up and be out of the building by 4:30 or 4:40 so that I can get in there and clean up any trash, get trash out of the building, whatever might be done. So, you know. Four thirty, 4:45 get people out of the building for the day.

All right. Great. Yes. That's a that's a lot of great information and a lot of different price points and sizes based on whatever the need is. So yeah, thank you for that. I like to remind people that our rental rooms are on the second floor, if that's any kind of issue. We have stairs, but we also have an elevator for people who maybe can't do the stairs. You know, kind of just a an interesting little tidbit. I started here back in 2021. And of course COVID was a thing back then. So people weren't gathering. No one was renting. We didn't have a rental until 2022, and we had one rental and then 2023, we had nine rentals and I thought, wow, that's great. And then last year we had 50 rentals, which is almost one a week.

And that's great. And we were getting a lot of people. And so my point on that is if you need a room and you kind of know the date, don't wait too long because we do have people who rent regularly. We have some offices that rent, you know, twice a month or more. You know, they're renting,

one or two of them are renting almost every week. So, you know, if you need a room, let us know ahead of time, so we don't, you know, so we can try and accommodate everyone. We don't do weekend rentals and we don't do rentals when we're closed. Like if it's a holiday, you know, like Martin Luther King Day coming up. We don't do rentals on days we're closed, we only do rentals when we're open.
